Wild Mangrove Jack Extraction - Noosa River

The SCF Team headed out for a quick morning fish before work, which very quickly turned into an all hands on extraction mission!!

Heathy Deano & Peej hit the upper Noosa River in search for some fish after hooking & losing a few really good fish earlier in the morning the boys decided to beef up the size of their tackle, except for Deano that is. Deano stuck to using his 1-3kg bass rod, with 4lb braid & 10lb leader & his little secret weapon of a lure choice, leaving his fate in the fish to play nice. What happened next wasn’t playing nice at all, Deano hooked a good Jack metres from the bank & within seconds the fish had ran 15 meters back in & along the bank. Landing the fish being the main priority on the boys mind, nothing was going to stand in their way!
